 NOLLYWOOD in its entirety is thrilled to announce that EbonyLife Media and Mo Abudu as its chief executive will be partnering with @Idriselba and his production company, Green Door Pictures, on two major initiatives....

1: Their first goal is to replicate the successful model of the EbonyLife Creative Academy across the continent. By doing so, the partnership hopes to provide top-tier education to African talent and empower them to succeed in the industry.

2: The team also aims to develop a new slate of feature films and TV series that originate from Africa or the Diaspora. These projects will be created with global audiences in mind. These co-productions between Green Door Pictures and EbonyLife Media will provide a diverse range of content for broadcasters and streamers, as well as theatrical distribution on a global scale....

Mo Abudu, the C.E.O and founder of EBONYLIFE TV has also been selected to serve on the Grand Jury for the BANFF WORLD MEDIA FESTIVAL this year 2023....

As a member of the jury, MO ABUDU will have the opportunity to review and evaluate some of the best content from around the world... 

The Rockie Awards are an important recognition of excellence in storytelling, and it is an honor for the Nollywood sector (through MO ABUDU AND EBONYLIFE MEDIA) to be a part of the process that determines the coveted Grand Jury Prize...

Alongside senior executives from the BBC, Universal, DreamWorks Starz and eOne, the collective voices and opinions of the jury will contribute to shaping the narrative of global storytelling...
