The Performing Musicians and Employers’ Association of Nigeria (PMAN), Plateau State Chapter, under the leadership of its Governor, Comrade Gabriel Hodus, fondly known as Mayor Elmore, has reaffirmed its unwavering commitment to creating expanded opportunities for musicians and creative professionals across Plateau State.
In his goodwill message while addressing key stakeholders in Nigeria at the plateau state government house, Governor Hodus emphasized that the growth of the creative industry in Plateau is a shared responsibility that requires structure, inclusion, and intentional investment in talent development.
